Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items in my project are focusing on my students in PreK 4 to develop and improve their fine motor skills. The items will help all my students strenghten their finger muscles, give them the ability to manipulate small items and to hold a pencil with strength and confidence. Strengthening their fine motor skills will help them to write and draw, which is a skill needed for Kinder.
In my PreK 4 classroom writing is essential for our journal writings and in many of our learning activities.
These items in my project with also help and benefit my students with special needs because they are hands on manipluatives/activities and sensory.
