I am blessed to teach a rambunctious and enthusiastic group of 5th graders. They enjoy reading, writing, and movement of any kind. The heart and soul of my classroom are making my students feel both loved and safe.
My fifth graders are still excited to learn, and their inquisitive minds are always searching for the answers to why.
Our school is located in a mostly rural area where the majority of families are lower income. It is a tight-knit community, and our children are counted as our greatest assets.
My Project
I haven't been able to have a book club since Covid hit. I'm hoping and wishing the wait is finally over. This spring I want to restart my Bears Book Club. My students and I need 25 copies of Alane Adams' newest book, "The Eye of Zeus."
This charming and brilliant novel is superbly plotted and sure to be a winner with my students.
This book has all the elements that a modern-age myth should have and will keep my students engaged and on the edge of their seats.
Please consider helping my book club get restarted with 25 copies of the novel "The Eye of Zeus" by Alane Adams. It is destined to become a classic!
