This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My student are curious, smiley, and strong willed! They attend a Head Start Prek program in a prek -5 school. They are the school's youngest learners. They love to hear enchanting stories.

I am first requesting Christmas stockings for my class.

We hang them up in the hallway and every day our Elf on A Shelf puts a treat in the stocking for coming to school. This builds self esteem, social emotional. a gives them a reason to want to love school. The small Christmas toys this project provides, will improve their fine motor skills. I cant wait to see their smiles when our Elf arrives!
