This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my TK students create a special place called The Cozy Corner for Big Feelings, where they can learn to calm down, manage their emotions, and feel safe. This calming corner will be filled with tools like soft pillows, sensory toys, calming jars, and breathing fidgets to help little learners take a break when their feelings get big. At this age, children are just starting to understand their emotions, and having a peaceful space helps them build important skills like self-regulation, focus, and kindness. With your support, we can make this calm and creative space a reality—where every child can find comfort, practice patience, and return to learning ready to shine!
