This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Each year I get a classroom full of 23 students who are at all different levels and needs. As the years pass I am getting a stronger need for sensory items. These sensory items will help provide the use of their senses and help those seeking sensory items to meet their needs.

My students are extremely special to me.

The items will be used for needs of calming down and behaviors in the classroom. My goal is to use the sensory items as a station as well as a calm down area in when needed.
