My Students
My students are excited to be in my Chemistry class . I happen to see all the juniors for Chemistry.most of my student s are ESL and also Special Ed.
Most students come from families that are facing hardships.
Their lives are filled with poverty, drugs, gangs. Some struggle to have a meal.
Our school is a career tech high school, and all of our students are being educated to be career and college-ready
I am asking forgiving my students a New Visual Literacy Chemistry Classroom.
My Project
I'm looking to update my Chemistry Classroom with some new Visual Posters .
Giving a visual display and hands on in the class room will be a hook for my students specially my Special Ed and ESL .
It will create an interest and keep them focused .They will be able to follow through as learning takes place in class.
I teach Chemistry to a diverse population . Most of my students are ESL and also Special needs along with Regular Ed Students. The majority of my students read below their grade level. I want to give my students hands on and also a display of posters in the room .
Hands on Kits for a classroom will be providing each student the materials to learn individually . The posters will be a great help for visual learning and to recall .
