My Project

Enhance the vital learning that happens in the gathering space of my classroom! This teaching easel and carpet will allow my first graders to be up close and stay present while learning on the carpet. I can have my teaching materials such as chart paper, markers, and books ready in my easel at all times.

A teaching easel and carpet offers a welcoming center stage for morning meetings, math lessons, and reading centers.

It will help me to communicate better with my students by being closer to their reactions, attention, and gauge understanding. Students will feel comfortable on a warm and inviting carpet.
