My students need class sets of Horrible Harry Moves to the Third Grade and Amelia Bedelia Goes Camping.

My Students
My students hear me say, "Sit with your buddy elbow to elbow, knee to knee, put the book in the middle so you both can see." I would really like my students to have their own book so they don't have to share.
My amazing second graders are learning how to cite evidence from the text to answer questions about what they read.
They are expected to do this as they read with a buddy. In my class of 21 students, the district purchased 12 reading books from our reading series. Students take turns reading pages or they can read silently to themselves.
My Project
Can you imagine sitting there waiting on your buddy to finish reading a page so you can turn the page and continue reading? What if you wanted to go back and read? I wish everyone in my class could have their own book to follow along as we share a great story together.
I am asking for 22 copies of "Horrible Harry Moves to the Third Grade" and "Amelia Bedelia Goes Camping." This way every student can read at their own pace, which will help them have a better chance of understanding what they read.
I want my students to enjoy reading.
I don't want them to have to sit and wait for someone to turn the page. Would you? With these two sets of books, my class can enjoy reading the stories together and sharing our thoughts about what we read. I want to be able to say, "Grab your book and get comfy, it's time to read!"
