Imagine, if you will, a chorus of children singing "you and I travel to the beat of a different drum". Lovely sound, isn't it? Unfortunately, we can't sing that in my junior high science class because the drum in our printer/copier is rapidly drawing its last breath. I teach junior high science in a small rural district in southwest Mississippi.
My little monotone printer works its little heart out for us but began yesterday giving me a "replace drum soon" message. I looked up the cost for a replacement, and my heart sank. My limited supply budget won't allow me to replace this vital part of the printer.
That's where you, Dear Donor, can make the difference. I am requesting your help in getting two replacement drums for my printer/copier. If I have two, I can replace the one that is rapidly dying and have a spare on tap when the need for a replacement arises again. As we all know, nothing lasts forever, and this is apparently true of printer drums!
Any help you can give us toward the purchase of this vital replacement part will be appreciated far more than you will ever know! Thank you for your consideration.
