My students are creative and enthusiastic about learning. They love to learn and participate in hands-on learning activities. Using their hands nurtures their curiosity and fuels their well being.

This program gives children from diverse backgrounds, and low income homes an opportunity to learn and thrive within the Detroit Public School Community District. My energetic students enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore.
My Project
The materials that I am asking your help to me obtain, will support my scholars needs in a variety of ways. The wooden blocks will allow students to develop their social-dramatic play, sorting, and counting skills. While the colored dry erase makers and journals will support my scholars writing abilities. Sheet protectors and laminating roll will allow me to create editable literacy binders for the students.
All the materials I am asking for will enhance my skills as a teacher and enhance my students ability to be effective across the curriculum as they learn virtually and face to face.
