My Students
"I think the theme of this book is to show that hopes can make people survive through difficult times." One student identifies the theme, then another student picks it up and adds on with a piece of evidence. "Yes, I agree because, on page 113, it says..."
My students love to read and discuss the author's motive, conflict, and themes.
They even love to spin the story around and come up with a different ending! Following their intellectual curiosity always takes me on various adventurous journeys.
My Project
I would like to make my reading area more attractive for students by adding two ottoman cubes and lap desks. By creating a better reading environment, I know that students would feel welcomed and engage in reading freely.
This classroom furniture will create an environment that brings students to the reading area.
Thus, students would expand their imagination and explore their curiosity with peers in this welcoming area. I believe these lap desks and ottoman cubes will allow students to collaborate naturally in the reading area, where they can easily access the reading resources.
