My Students
Isn't learning most exciting when choices are given? My students need a variety of materials so I may give them choices while working in centers this year.
The 22 students in my classroom attend a Title 1 school in Southwest Virginia.
They began Kindergarten this year at varying levels, and I need many different materials so I may continue to challenge all of them. My students love hands-on materials and working together. Rotating through language arts and math centers are their favorite parts of the day.
My Project
I'm requesting language arts and math materials that students can use in small groups or independently to review concepts that have already been introduced. Many of the materials are boxed sets, which makes it easy for teachers to rotate them in and out of use before students use interest.

This is my first year as a teacher, and donations to my classroom will be used this year and hopefully for many, many years to come.
Please help these Kindergarten students start their school lives off with a strong foundation of skills and knowledge.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
