Help me give my students an enduring fine arts experience with recorders and clay for sculpting. I don't have enough recorders, bells, and do not have clay to use the kiln. My precious title one kids deserve equity.
As the fine arts humanities teacher, I need support in fulfilling my K-5th grade students' hearts with their natural creative intuition. The arts allow more enjoyment in building culture, imagination, and sharing music. We can relate to other cultures and norms even if we do not speak the same languages. I aspire to bring equity to these at risk students.
I currently do not have enough recorders for any grade level, so this will make a big impact.
I do not have any ensembled bells. The arts must include sculpting with clay where my title one students can create hands on take home clay pieces they'll treasure their entire life. With budget cuts there simply aren't any funds to meet this need. Your generous donation will impact every student in the building 400+. Their smiling faces will be worth every penny. Thank you for your consideration.
