My Project
What a wonderful world we live in! Science is all around us, we only have to look to find the beauty! We will sing animal songs, learn about animals, habitats and conservation efforts. Most students attend field trips to the zoo, so we will be able to engage prior knowledge to activate this project as well.
Art will engage learners in actively creating a background for the animal they choose to paint.
Students can select a favorite animal, and use paint and canvas to show the environment they live in. What a fun way to show what you know.
I'm so excited to watch the excitement grow, as students listen to music from Carnival of the Animals, sing animal songs, study animals & habitats, and create art work showing what they have learned.
