Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are enthusiastic, imaginative learners who thrive when given the opportunity to express themselves creatively. To empower their self-expression, we need essential arts and crafts materials that will allow them to explore, create, and bring their ideas to life.

With your support, our classroom will be better equipped to foster creativity, problem-solving, and joy in learning.

We're asking for supplies including Play-Doh, wooden craft sticks, and a variety of paper types—construction paper, graph paper, origami paper, fadeless paper—to support all kinds of artistic and academic projects. These items will help students work on fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and creative storytelling. To support classroom efficiency and safety, we're also requesting a Woodscoot 15-inch wood base guillotine paper cutter. This will allow us to quickly prepare materials for projects and help students work more independently.

Additionally, we need classroom basics like masking tape, erasers, and Sharpie markers—supplies that are used daily and help us stay focused, organized, and creative. These materials will make a huge impact by giving my students the tools they need to fully engage in hands-on learning activities.
