Help me give my students books, x-rays, human body Activity Sets and other items for the ability to learn about the human body both fun and hands on ways.
With a new science curriculum this year came a entire set of hands on materials that we never received. It is difficult to build long lasting understanding without anything tangible to help.
I would love to have good hands tools and manipulatives I can use to really dig into science.
With the use of books, skeleton models, and x-rays the kids can get the chance to see parts of the body and understand how it functions.
Most of my students come from low income families and the experiments I would love to do with my students however I feel uncomfortable asking parents who are struggling to purchase large items for the class. So unfortunately most of the cost falls on me.
