My Project

My class is an energetic, excited and overwhelmingly enthusiastic group of Pre-K kids. They are four and five-year-old aged students who need lessons and activities to keep them engaged in learning. The main challenge that my Pre-K students experience is their lack of exposure to written language. They need exposure and practice with ABC's in many different forms in order to learn the alphabet.

LEARNING BEGINS WITH PLAY: When kids are little and still learning, alphabet learning toys can help teach letters, vocabulary, colors, and fine motor skills through hands-on, interactive fun play!

The "Learn and Sing Along with Elmo" is an interactive educational toy that plays the “Alphabet Song,” and fun Elmo phrases for each letter of the alphabet. Kids can pen the board to practice spelling with the removable letters. Playing with Elmo’s learning letters will help preschoolers learn their ABCs and develop fine motor skills. It also has a nice carrying case makes it easy to learn on the go and to easy to keep up with the capital letters. Kids will love learning with Elmo and this bus-shaped activity board!

Exploring ABC learning with Peppa Pig's alphabet case kids can practice matching letters with their sounds. M is for muddy puddles, P is for Peppa Pig. Children can also name the colors or use the window to practice spelling simple words together.

LeapFrog Mr. Pencil's ABC provides interactive alphabet learning activities. It includes a write and erase board and games. Letters can be plugged into the spaces to explore the alphabet. There are seven activities that introduce letter names and sounds, writing, drawing and animals
