My Project

I love how dedicated and enthusiastic my students are about helping in the library. They take pride in keeping the shelves organized, ensuring books are easy to find, and making the space welcoming. Their willingness to take on responsibilities—whether it’s shelving books, genrefying collections, or assisting their classmates—shows their commitment to learning and teamwork. It’s inspiring to see them develop leadership skills and a sense of ownership over their school library. I want to recognize their hard work in a meaningful way.

This project will allow me to reward my student helpers with small but meaningful prizes that encourage their continued dedication.

These small fun incentives will be a token of gratitude, motivating them to stay engaged and take pride in their contributions.
