My Project
We all know that standardized testing is an automatic part of school these days. For my students who speak English as a second language, they have additional standardized testing each year called WIDA. This testing has 4 separate parts to measure all aspects of their English skills.
This WIDA test can be exhausting and a lot for students, so I would love to have prizes for my students to earn all throughout their testing.
Having these fun toys will be a great incentive and motivation for students. All prizes will be given to students based on both their attendance during the test and the EFFORT they give on the test. I love being able to reward effort instead of outcome. My saying in my room is "as long as you are trying your best, then you should be proud". So I would love help being able to reward my students effort on their WIDA test.
