Tell Me How You Feel: Workbooks for Mental Health Toolkits

Help me give my students workbooks to add to their Mental Health survival toolkit!

My Project

These workbooks will be additional tools as we explore communication skills, coping mechanisms, healthy boundaries, and behavioral patterns in our lives. Helping students build their own Mental Health Toolkit enables us to advocate for positive youth development.

Together, I believe we can assist our students in working towards and achieving their social, emotional, behavioral health goals.

The services being provided to students include Individual Psychotherapy, using evidence-based strategies that are age-appropriate.

RBHS Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services is a wrap-around clinical service, that is goal directed and family-supportive. The RBHS program provides students improved social skills, coping skills, classroom management skills, anger management skills, self-control techniques, promotion of self-esteem, promotion of positive peer interactions, as well as assistance in addressing any past trauma that stands in the way of school/community success.
