My Students
Do you understand why the earth has seasons or why the moon changes shapes? These are complex questions that are hard to understand without the help of dynamic 3D models.
Inquirer, knowledgeable, caring these are just a few of the words that describe the over hundred 6th graders at our charter school.
I teach each of the 6th graders science and would absolutely love them to have the opportunity you use every possible resource to help their understanding.
My Project
Did you know that changing of seasons have nothing do with the proximity of Earth to the Sun? In fact Earth is closer to the Sun in January than July.
Did you know that the moon phases are not caused by Earth's shadow?
These are common misconceptions, and my job is to teach my students the correct explanations to these phenomenons. Helping my classroom receive they dynamic models will provide a hands on approach to learning for my class.
