This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Engaging middle school students in physical education can be quite challenging. I hope that providing them with volleyballs and with fun, classic games will entice to play and have more fun during physical education class.

The goal of this project is to engage students in hands-on games that they may have not played before due to the overuse of video games and from being on electronic devices too much.

Our students are intelligent, outgoing and fun-loving. When we have them work together to play it's going to be great! Playing in a group setting is beneficial since it builds teamwork and improves social skills among students. Games teach students to follow rules and it develops good sportsmanship skills.
