This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Technology Wizards I teach have intellectual disabilities and some are learning the English language. What makes them special is they have the drive to learn. My students come to school every day excited about learning.

Due to the pandemic, many of my students need a lot of extra support, and due to the teacher shortage, this gift of technology will help them get back on track.

I will teach basic phonics and comprehension with technology. The laminator will be used with expo markers so they can reuse the resources.
