Technology Tool to Make Learning Engineering Skills Seamless

My Project

In our high school Engineering / Robotics / STEAM classes and after school program, students are learning a variety of skills that will lead them to industry certifications in various engineering and manufacturing careers. Students need to learn how to 3D model and are using a course in a computer program called GMETRIX while simultaneously using Autodesk Fusion 360. Students, currently, have to toggle between screens, download files and work back and forth between the programs. Often, what happens is they learn what they need to apply in Fusion 360 from the GMETRIX program and lose what they were thinking while in transition. The programs are too robust to use with split screen. We would like to add a monitor to make two screens vertically stacked to be able to use one program to function in the other. We were able to secure old, used monitors and tried to rig something to make it work. However, we end up with nothing stable and sturdy enough. We must resort to purchasing something that will work. The vertical two monitor stand will work perfectly and afford students the ability to be guided with one screen and apply their learning seamlessly in the Fusion 360 program. This is only one benefit. We have Python coding, Autodesk Inventor and many other engineering and robotics related learning opportunities that will be made easier and more effective by the use of the these vertical monitor stands.
