This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and reading skills.
By using the donated headphones and stylus, students have the ability to solely focus on their assigned academic tasks, on their assigned devices, instead of being distracted by others' specially assigned lessons.
Additionally, in this technology-literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
Along with the headphones and stylus, the simple classroom advancement of having the laminator and laminating sheets will help to create long-lasting supplemental activities for students to broaden the student's knowledge. This will allow for lamination to occur at a moment's notice instead of waiting for weeks. The sturdy laminating sheets will be used to help maximize the life of the teacher-created and crafted materials.
