My Students
Writing class is all about modeling and sharing the process together. This document camera will make it possible for all students to view instruction and also take part in it easily.
My students attend a charter school in Arizona.
The school is low income and designed to meet the needs of each individual. The student population is diverse; many backgrounds make the environment challenging and appealing for all who attend or teach at our school.
My Project
My students need a document camera to enhance their learning in the classroom, through integrated technology and more opportunities for teacher modeling. Writing instruction demands a large amount of modeling to assure that students are familiar with the writing process. The document camera will provide more opportunities for whole group learning activities such as editing papers, practicing grammar skills, and sharing finished work.
The document camera will create a positive change in classroom instruction as well as prompting students to share their work and expand their technology knowledge.
