Technology That Travels

Help me give my students access to technology with this Dell Chromebook. Some of our students need this to be able to complete tasks since they have no access at home.

My Students

Our students are eager to learn, ready to work hard, and high achieving. We live in a very small rural high poverty town, and our high school is full of hardworking young men and women. Our students are student council leaders, computer science classes, online learners,accounting, Spanish, and newspaper students. These students complete projects on a daily basis. We also have student council projects and beta club tasks with 100+ members. We complete numerous things on a daily basis and need this project to make us more efficient and higher achieving. Several students do not have access to any form of technology and this project would allow us to help them be both productive as well as included.

My Project

This Chromebook may seem like a small request but it is very vital for us to get technology available to our students who have no access at home. Some students cant complete assignments or projects because of lack of these resources. This project would allow us to rotate this opportunity and get all students involved. Inclusion is a big issues in our small, high poverty town and this project would help solve this issue. We would like to allow them to borrow this piece of technology so that no one is left out and they can succeed in all of their coursework.
