This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 1st grade students are enthusiastic, creative, and clever! I teach 24-first graders at a Title I school where over 70% of my students are on free or reduced lunch. Every day my students face several challenges in and out of the classroom. Yet, despite these challenges, they love learning and always look forward to our technology lessons.

This year, my students have the technology they need, however, we are in need of some mobile carts to use during whole group as we use our iPads and Chromebooks for hands-on learning.

The carts are adjustable, and will be used by my students on a daily basis. These carts have wheels, and will be easy to access around our room. We will also be able to use these resources throughout our building when we have parent and community meetings throughout the year. Please consider donating and bringing this project to life.
