This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Each child in my classroom is unique and has their own individual needs. Technology has become an important tool to support children's learning in the classroom. Technology has the ability to differentiate in order to reach each child where they are to support and fill learning gaps. It can also be used to engage as well as assess students' progress throughout the school year. Applications such as EPIC and Iready allow teachers to assign students books and activities at their level in both ELA and Math.
EPIC provides a digital library that allows the children to explore beyond the library in the classroom.
With your help, the exploration of each lesson can be limitless and the students will build a strong love for reading and learning with these headphones.
