Technology is our future. Teaching students to use a variety of technology is important in this 21st century classroom. Can you help us learn with technology which will help us be successful now and in our future?
Many of my students have learning disabilities or are English Language Learners.
Our school is a Title 1 school in Georgia. Our community is small and very close. Everyone helps one another, but they still face the challenges of living in a low income school district. My students are eager to learn and love anything that we can do interactive or from a computer.
My Project
In this day and age, we rely on technology, especially computers. It is critical that students learn to use computers and type as early as possible. We have a computer lab at our school, but are limited to 45 minutes each week.
Having another Chromebook will allow my students to use Google classroom as well as many other apps to perform and demonstrate their growth as they progress through the year.
The Chromebook will inspire learning, create excitement in the classroom and provide my students with independence.
My students will be able to take learning into their hands, in an interactive and fun way.
