My Project
Over the course of my seven-year teaching tenure at my school, I've consistently witnessed how children in various circumstances, including those facing emotional challenges, low self-esteem, and poverty, embrace mathematics when exposed to state-of-the-art technology. I firmly believe that the integration of technology is essential in mathematics education.
To effectively plan engaging and interactive lessons for our students, having access to technology is indispensable.
Thanks to these iPads, my co-teacher and I will have the means to craft impactful and dynamic lessons. This technology will enable us to better capture our students' attention and keep them abreast of the ever-evolving world around them.
Furthermore, it's imperative to utilize technology more extensively in our teaching practices. This is not only to benefit our students in general but also to cater to the specific needs of those with special requirements or those who are English Language Learners (ELL). iPads will offer them the opportunity to interact with educational applications and math-related videos, thus enhancing their conceptual grasp of the subject matter they need to master.
