My Students
I work in one of the most diverse counties in the United States known as Queens, New York! I work in a school with a wide variety of students who come from different backgrounds including students who have just recently immigrated to New York.
What makes my school and students so special, is that they are all unique with a shared love for technology, reading and math.
Each student is eager to learn and excited to be welcomed to a wonderful and colorful classroom where learning never ends and mistakes are welcomed! We are NYC public school proud!
My Project
One of my projects for new ipads unfortunately did not get funded, but we are desperately seeking for more technology in the classroom!
Please help my classroom gain useful information and increase their performance in ELA and Math by using sites such as Imagine learning, Raz kids, EPIC, PRODIGY or Study Island to name a few!
We hope with these new pieces of technology that more students will get a chance on an ipad or tablet daily to help them in all areas! Our classroom is a diverse classroom with 32 students and 6 ipads in total. Although we make it with what we have, these students deserve more! With your help, we can make this possible!
