My Project

As a volleyball coach, one of the most powerful tools I can provide my players is timely, visual feedback. With an iPad, our team will be able to record, review, and reflect on practices and games — allowing players to better understand their techniques, correct mistakes, and grow both individually and as a team.

Currently, we don’t have access to technology that allows for instant video playback or real-time analysis.

An iPad would allow me to record drills, serve receive patterns, hitting approaches, and defensive movement — then review the footage with players right on the court. We can pause, rewind, and critique our own performance together.

More importantly, this tool empowers peer-to-peer coaching — players can watch each other, offer constructive feedback, and develop a stronger sense of teamwork and accountability.

This iPad won’t just enhance our coaching strategies — it will change the way we learn. With your help, we can bring professional-level review and self-reflection to our practices, building smarter, more confident athletes.
