Our classroom focuses on everything from ancient civilizations in social studies to diversity of life in science. Our classroom is full of today's learners who are tomorrow's leaders through technology, inquiry, common core standards and global citizenship.
My Project
These curious learners are hungry for the technology that will bring them directly to the resources that will allow the to explore ancient times and our world's first civilizations. Technology such as the iPads will allow them to learn about the current research in science that a textbook is just not able to do for them. These resources will be used in a project based classroom where the students are guided on a path that will feed their curiosity in science and social studies.
These donations will allow my students to have access to resources that are currently out of their reach due to the lack of technology in our classroom.
Inquiry based learning is built around project based learning. Technology and access to it is essential!
