This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students at my school site are diagnosed with various cognitive and physical disabilities that often times prevents them from being able to communicate effectively their basic wants and needs.
In the arts classroom, this project will provide a tool for students to utilize technology to make choices and communicate with peers and teachers so that they can create pieces of performance art through dance, voice, and theater.
Performing Arts class is collaborative, and this technology will help my students to also engage in discussion with peers in class.
