Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The K- 2nd grade students are full of life and always eager to learn new things. They enjoy hands-on activities and learning with technology. This year's our class is a smaller class, but each one is very special. Our Enrichment program is the building blocks to help prepare the students for K-2nd grade. We want our students to have a great start to their educational experience.
My Project
This laptop will help my students access digital resources to conduct research and participate in collaboration activities through various digital platforms.
Many students are not able to purchase personal computers.
Our advancing society calls for students to have access to 21st-century tools. Having functioning computers in our classroom will help these young historians to not only complete their classwork but will also expose them to historical sources from diverse settings and individuals, broadening their perspectives of the world we live in.
Our students are eager to learn new concepts and skills. And what kid doesn’t love learning through technology? Computers are tools that stimulate student learning. There are many educational programs on Chromebooks that will help our students learn reading, writing, and number skills.
