This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In this project I am asking for a touch screen laptop for our special education classroom. We currently do not have any technology devices other than the teacher laptop and smartboard and I would like to incorporate more technology in our classroom. Technology is important in special education because it helps students learn in ways that are tailored to their needs. This can help students with disabilities access curriculum content and improve their academic performance. It allows for unique learning paths for each student and break down barriers for students with disabilities.
