Technology Assistance for Blending/Remote Learning

My Students
They are caring individuals that are eager to be back at school after a long quarantine. Even though, I have just met them a week and a half ago, I can tell they are excited to learn in person and remotely.
My Project
Since I am teaching both in person and remote students at the same time. It is difficult for the students at home and at the back of the room to hear me with a mask on.
The first step of learning from each other is being able to hear each other.
The remote students also have a difficult time hearing the in person students with masks on. I hope the speaker will be the solution to help us hear each other better. Cooperative learning is difficult when social distancing and remote learning.
