There are students in our city and surrounding counties who have everything they need. There are students on the other end of the spectrum that are lacking basic supplies. My school, much like our city, is a diverse and creative community from all walks of life. I am proud to be a librarian at a school with students who can learn from one another’s cultural and socio-economic differences and family make-up.
There are so many great ways to use iPads in the library!
From eBooks and apps to read fiction and non-fiction, to apps like Chatterpix and DoInk to create cool projects, and access to learning games like Osmo and others. These iPads would allow all students in the library to create and learn in innovative ways.
