Our school is one that has a huge range of abilities.
Twenty percent of the students in each classroom have identified special needs. This is a full inclusion school, meaning that all learners are in one classroom all day. Our model forces its teachers to teach to all learners using a wide variety of tools to reach all students.
My Project
The ability to have iPads in the classroom at all times will increase opportunities to differentiate curriculum for all students. In addition to our four classroom computers, access to iPads will motivate and inspire students to target their individualized learning goals with daily practice without feeling stigmatized.
iPads are incredibly motivating pieces of technology that we can use to each student's educational benefit.
