My Project

My fifth graders are bright, curious, and eager to explore the world beyond our classroom walls. They ask big questions, think creatively, and love working together to solve problems. What I love most about them is their determination — they are willing to try, make mistakes, and try again until they succeed.

Right now, our classroom is limited in technology resources, which means students don’t always have the tools they need to fully engage with 21st-century learning.

The computers and technology in this project will open new doors for them: allowing them to research independently, collaborate on group projects, create multimedia presentations, and strengthen critical digital literacy skills.

Every device will help students connect with information in new ways, turning abstract concepts into hands-on learning experiences. With access to the right tools, they can explore science through simulations, practice math with interactive games, write and publish their own stories, and connect with other learners across the globe.

These computers and resources aren’t just about keeping up with technology — they’re about empowering my students to become confident, capable problem-solvers who are ready for middle school and beyond. Your support will ensure that they can dream big, learn deeply, and use technology not just to consume information, but to create and share it.
