Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The iPads I'm requesting will be transformative for my Gifted and Talented students. Unlike their outdated Chromebooks, which lack the processing power and are becoming less reliable every day, iPads come equipped with powerful tools that will unlock new opportunities for creativity and learning. With apps like GarageBand, my students can create podcasts; with TinkerCAD, they can design 3D models; and with iMovie, they can record and edit commercials and projects. The ability to scan 3D objects and create interactive presentations using Keynote will further enhance their learning experiences. These iPads will enable my students to dive deeper into hands-on projects that are currently limited by the outdated technology they have.

My goal for this project is to provide my students with modern tools that match their capabilities and creativity.

I want them to have the opportunity to explore new technologies, apply their critical thinking skills, and expand their innovative projects. These iPads will allow them to work faster, smarter, and more creatively, helping them develop essential skills for the future.

What makes my students special is their drive and creativity. All of them are identified as gifted and talented, and they truly thrive when given the right resources. They make the most of every tool we have, but their ideas are currently limited by the technology available. These iPads will break down those barriers and open up endless possibilities for them to explore, create, and grow. Thank you for considering this impactful request!
