My Students
For many of us, this pandemic has thrown us into a virtual world that we had only dabbled in before, students and teachers alike. As my students and I enter into another semester of online learning I want to be able to give them the best that I can offer because I know this is not an easy time.
I teach at an all girls, Title I school in New York City.
My students are creative, energetic, and always ready to learn something new. Many of my girls may not have a technology background but we are working together to figure things out.
My Project
I am requesting an OtterBox Defender Series case for our iPad so that we can continue to use it without having to worry about falls, dents, and cracks. I am also requesting a silicone protective case for the apple pencil that goes with the iPad because it is more delicate than I realized and needs to be preserved for present and future classroom use.
Remote learning can be difficult but a few simple tools can help make remote and in person learning a bit easier.
So, I am asking for, a laptop stand for when I am teaching remotely. It will allow me to lift the laptop so that my camera can be eye level when I am teaching my students. Finally, I am asking for printer paper for printing lessons and assignments for my students.
