Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarteners have used tablets and touch screens since they were little. In the classroom, we use Chromebooks. Tools like mini mice help students to navigate their screens better. Their little hands need the mini mice to fit their smaller hands. Students use computers in the classroom to help support learning from the classroom and give a small break to writing for these new writers.
Focus is important to make computer learning worthwhile.
Headphones help to provide the extra concentration students need with computers. Many computer programs my students use are learning based and students are all on different levels. When they cannot hear their neighbor, they can keep attention on their own studies.
