My Students

Most of the students attended the same elementary school and have been friends for several years. To them, their classmates are close like their family. They support and help each other along the way in their journey of learning. They are creative, innovative, and curious. Our school is a Title I school. Many of our students come from low-income families; all of our students receive free lunch. Many of them will hopefully be the first in their families to go to college. Over half of them do not speak English at home, and for many, English is not their first language. Most of them are ELLs (English Language Learners). The diverse student population helps the students to embrace differences and bring in learning opportunities to one another.

My Project

With remote and hybrid learning and more time spent on the computer, tech accessories will help us to be more productive in the classroom. Having the right adapters and HDMI cables will give us the ability to plug our devices, such as tablet and chromebooks to a monitor or a projector.

Tech accessories will help us use our devices productively and for a longer time!

Mouse are helpful in the classroom to assist students with working on google docs and google slides. It will make dragging and clicking easier, especially for students with needs. The mouse pad will make sure they have a smooth surface to use the mouse with. The case and screen protector will help us protect the surface tablet we have in the classroom.
