My Project
Using dry-erase tables in my classroom will create a more engaging and collaborative learning environment. These tables will allow students to quickly work through problems, share ideas, and brainstorm in real time, without the limitations of paper and pencils. By encouraging students to work together directly on their tables, this setup naturally fosters strong communication, teamwork, and peer-to-peer support. Whether working on math problems, planning writing pieces, or reviewing concepts in small groups, students feel more connected and involved in the learning process. Dry erase tables will transform our classroom into a space where learning is interactive, relationships and strengthened, and every student feels like an active contributor to their academic success.
In addition, the flexible seating options like the wobble chairs will help meet the physical and sensory needs of students who benefit from movement throughout the day.
These chairs allow for gentle motion that helps students stay focused, especially those with high energy or attention needs. When students are comfortable and able to move, they are more likely to stay engaged, participate actively, and take ownership of their learning.
Together, the dry erase tables and wobble chairs will transform my classroom into a more engaging and collaborative space that will support academic growth, strengthen student relationships, and encourage teamwork and problem solving across all subjects. These tables and chairs will not only benefit my students this school year, but also any students I am blessed to teach from here on out.
