My Project

The goal of this project is to have a variety of games and activities for my students to do so they can work on their cooperation skills. I feel the most important thing a kid can learn is how to work with other people. They need to learn how to work together because when they get older, it doesn't matter what job they are working, they need to be able to work together with other people. All of this equipment will help me teach my students that. Being able to perform a task or complete a challenge in a team setting requires you to work together, if you want to be successful. Getting this equipment will help me do that with my students. It will also let me have a variety of different team building activities to choose from so the kids aren't doing the same thing year over year. I can also use this equipment for field day which is just a bonus. I really feel the skill that is lacking the most in our students is the ability to work together without arguing or fighting over who does what or who uses what. My students are amazing and they are great kids, they just need more opportunities to work together in a fun setting where they don't even realize they are learning because they're having fun while working as a team. Getting this equipment will help impact over 550 students at my school so please help if you can.
