This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are reaching out to request support for our high school girls' softball team, comprised of talented athletes from low-income backgrounds. We are specifically seeking matching team bags to enhance both their sense of unity and overall softball experience.

Having matching gear not only instills a sense of pride and identity but also promotes unity among the players, contributing to a supportive and cohesive team dynamic.

This sense of belonging can significantly improve communication, collaboration, and overall team performance on and off the field.

Our primary goal for this project is to create an inclusive and empowering environment for our athletes. By providing matching team bags, we aim to boost team spirit, build confidence, and enhance the overall softball experience for these dedicated young women. Beyond the tangible benefits of the bags, our broader objective is to instill life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience that extend beyond the softball field.
