it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students all come from low income housing. We need to look good to feel good on the court. As their basketball coach it’s my job to instill confidence in my students. Helping my students look like a cohesive unit on the court will help gain self esteem and self confidence. Students will be able to look like a team that works in unison to accomplish the goal of working together.
Many of my students get in their own heads about their personal items such as socks and sneakers.
