My Students

My students are bright, caring, active students. In my classroom, I service 52% ESL. My 6th graders are busy smart students who love to be active. We have a love for anything that involves being active and being with peers learning communication and team-building skills.

We love outdoor activities, learning team sports and working cooperatively with each other.

Discovering how to be a positive team member is a beneficial skill that helps them learn to communicate and encourage each other.

My Project

This project was created to help students develop a love for school and cooperative play.

This project will provide students with games to play and interact with other classmates.

Many times students aren't given enough time for play and team building. I included several options for the students to work together with their classroom and then developing skills to work with other classmates from another class. The students will learn social skills, how to work together as a team, and most of all how to build relationships in the classroom. Most of all these games and organized sports options will give students experiences they don’t receive at home. Please help me give my students the excitement I remember having when I was in school!
